Which wharves do you pick up from?

We can pick up from most public wharves in Sydney Harbour including Darling Harbour and Circular Quay. If you are not familiar with Sydney let us know where your guests are coming from and we'll tell you where the closest wharf is. Some wharves incur a Government wharf booking fee. Please note that not all boats can pick up at all wharves.


What time does the boat arrive at the wharf?

The boat will arrive at the wharf just before embarkation time


How long does the boat stay at the wharf?

The boats are allowed a 15 minutes to embark and disembark passengers. It is recommended that your request guests to arrive at the wharf 15 minutes prior to the embarkation time.


Where do the boats cruise?

There is no set route. Normally the captain will decide a route on the day depending on the swell and wind conditions. Typically in 4 hours you will see the city CBD, Harbour Bridge, Opera House and Darling Harbour, the Eastern Suburbs, (Rose Bay, Watson's bay) the North Shore (Mosman, Neutral bay) and the Inner West ( Balmain, Anzac Bridge). If there is somewhere you would particularly like to cruise please advise us ahead of time so that we can inform the crew. Can we pick up and drop off at multiple wharves?

It is possible but not advisable to make too many stops. It takes a while to dock a boat and can be quite disruptive to the cruise. Water taxis can be used to transport guests or entertainers to and from the vessel if they are unable to embark/ disembark at a specific time.


Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Most vessels must supply the food and drinks, but in some circumstances we may be able to offer a BYO option.


Can we make changes to the menu?

Our menus have been designed to accommodate the requirements of most guests, however we are happy to tailor a menu to your tastes or to discuss a menu to suit any special cultural or dietary requirements.


Can we bring our own entertainment/ theming/ audio-visual equipment on-board?

Yes, you may bring entertainment/ theming or audio visual equipment on board or we can help you arrange it. Please inform us if you plan on arranging your own entertainers/ theming as we will need them to board the vessel prior to the cruise time.


Do the boats come with skippers ? Can we self–drive the boats?

All our vessels come fully crewed and skippered. Our Premier Club fleet do offer a self drive option.


Are the boats safe for children?

All vessels are all checked for safety by the NSW Maritime Authority surveyors each year and guardrails are designed with children's safety in mind. However, parents or carers must watch their children at all times crew cannot take responsibility for child supervision.


Standard sized multifit lifejackets are carried as part of the statutory lifesaving equipment required.

What happens if it’s raining?

All vessels offer all weather comfort. Therefore charters will operate irrespective of weather conditions.


Do I have to pay if some guests that don’t show up?

We need to give our caterers final numbers 7days before the cruise for staffing and ordering purposes. Within 7 days the numbers may increase, however they cannot decrease.


What if I have to cancel?

Charters cancelled more than 60 days prior will incur an administration fee of $200. If cancelled within 60 days the charterer will forfeit the booking deposit and charterers cancelled within 7 days will be invoiced for the Full cost of the cruise, less beverages.


Is smoking permitted on-board?

In accordance with NSW government regulations smoking is only allowed within a designated area of the boat.
